    By submitting this form, the author(s) agree to the publishing, copyright, licensing, and ethical terms of Revolutionary Advances in Computing and Electronics: An International Journal.

    The author confirms originality, ethical compliance, proper attribution, AI disclosure (if applicable), and grants a non-exclusive publishing license under the Journal’s open access policy.

    This electronic submission constitutes a legally valid digital signature.

    A. General Terms and Conditions

    I hereby confirm and agree that:

    • The article submitted to the journal is original, has been prepared by the listed author(s), and has not been published elsewhere;
    • The article is not under consideration by any other journal and will not be submitted elsewhere while it is under review by this journal;
    • The article contains no defamatory, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable material and does not infringe upon the personal, intellectual property, or proprietary rights of any individual or entity;
    • All necessary written permissions have been obtained from the copyright holders for any copyrighted material included in the article, and appropriate acknowledgements have been provided;
    • Where personal data or images of any third party are used, the required written consent has been obtained; and
    • In cases of joint authorship, all co-author(s) have been informed of the terms of this publishing agreement, and I am authorized to sign this agreement on their behalf as their designated representative.

    B. Publishing and Distribution

    The Contributor hereby grants Revolutionary Advances in Computing and Electronics: An International Journal the right to publish, reproduce, transmit, sell, distribute, and otherwise use the Contribution, in whole or in part, in both electronic and print editions of the Journal, worldwide, in all languages, and across all forms of media now known or developed in the future.

    Any reproduction, posting, transmission, or other use or distribution of the final published Contribution, in whole or in part, by the Contributor as permitted under this Agreement must include proper citation of the Journal and appropriate acknowledgment of Revolutionary Advances in Computing and Electronics: An International Journal as the Publisher. The citation should be in the following format:

    (Title of Article, Author(s), Journal Title, Volume/Issue, Year)

    Where applicable, links to the final published article on the Journal’s official website are encouraged.

    C. Retained Rights

    Notwithstanding the provisions above, the Contributor, or where applicable the Contributor’s employer, retains all proprietary rights in the Contribution.

    D. Permitted Uses by the Contributor

    As a journal author, you retain the right to use your published work for a wide range of scholarly and professional purposes, including use by your employing institution or organization. These rights are retained without the need to obtain specific permission from Revolutionary Advances in Computing and Electronics: An International Journal. Permitted uses include:

    • The right to make print or electronic copies of the journal article for personal use, including use in classroom teaching;
    • The right to make and distribute copies of the journal article, including via email, to research colleagues for their personal use;
    • The right to present the journal article at conferences, seminars, or meetings and to distribute copies to attendees;
    • The retention of all patent, trademark, and related rights, as well as rights to any processes or procedures described in the journal article;
    • The right to include the journal article, in whole or in part, in a thesis or dissertation;
    • The right to include the journal article, in whole or in part, in a printed or electronic compilation of the author’s works, such as collected writings or lecture notes, following publication in the journal; and
    • The right to prepare derivative works, expand the journal article into a book-length work, or reuse portions or excerpts in other works, provided that full and proper acknowledgment of the original publication in the journal is given.

    E. Warranties and Indemnities

    The Contributor(s) warrant that::

    • The article does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, patent, trademark, or other rights.;
    • The article contains no unlawful statements and does not violate any rights of others.;
    • The Contributor(s) shall indemnify and hold harmless the Journal and its publisher from any claims arising out of the breach of these warranties.;
    • The article does not contain any false, illegal, or harmful material.;
    • If the article includes material (text, images, data) from other sources, proper permission has been obtained and credited.;
    • If any legal issue, copyright violation, or claim arises due to the content of the article, the contributor(s)/author(s) will be fully responsible, and not the Revolutionary Advances in Computing and Electronics: An International Journal or its publisher.; and
    • The contributor(s) agree to protect and hold harmless the Journal and its publisher against any such claims, damages, or legal actions.
